Coaching Agreement

1. Coach’s (me) primary objective in this relationship is to support the Coachee (you) in removing barriers to personal, professional, leadership and business development;  to listen objectively to discern more about the Coachee; to provide objective feedback; to hold the Coachee accountable to what they say they want; and to facilitate collaborative brainstorming activities during scheduled coaching sessions. 
2. The initial coaching engagement is scheduled to last a duration of six months, whether paid in full or by installments. The financial investment is clearly presented during the registration process.  The Coachee has the choice between receiving two 45-minute coaching sessions per month or three 30-minute coaching sessions per month.  All allocated sessions (and unused sessions) in Coachee's six-month plan must be completed within seven months.   
3. Coach agrees to be direct and honest in her communications with Coachee.  Likewise, Coachee agrees to provide honest feedback to Coach on his/her perceptions of the relationship and any changes needed in direction or technique. Coachee agrees to be open to support and feedback.  Coach agrees to create the time and energy to fully participate in the coaching relationship.
4. Coach will not use any Coachee's information for the Coach’s benefit or disclose any information to a third party unless the Coachee provides written information to disclose, with the exception of Coachee testimonials and referrals.
5. Coachee agrees to sign into the Coaching Portal for scheduled sessions to meet via audio or video.  (With prior arrangements, Coach may agree to meet with Coachee by regular phone/mobile device as well.)  Also, to prepare for the upcoming session, Coachee agrees to log into the Coaching Portal to complete the Pre-Session Prep Form in the Shared Notes section between 24-48 hours before the scheduled session. 
6. Both Coach and Coachee may notified each other in advance if a session needs to be skipped or rescheduled to accommodate other commitments.  If an emergency results in a missed appointment, the session will be rescheduled providing it isn't a regular occurrence.  Missed sessions are to be rescheduled during that month.  If the Coachee becomes a no show for a session without prior notification, they will relinquish that particular session.  If the Coachee is late, they understand that a) the session will still end at the schedule time and b) the Coach will only wait up to 5-10 minutes. 
7. Coachee may contact the Coach between scheduled sessions for just-in-time support via the Coaching Portal.  If appropriate, Coach and Coachee will set up a time to speak outside of the scheduled sessions for a maximum of ten minutes. Coachee is encouraged to stay in touch with Coach between sessions via the Shared Notes section in the Coaching Portal or within in the Communities app if Coachee is a member. 
8. Coachee understands that Coach’s services are consultative in nature and that decisions made and actions taken, based on input or feedback from Coach, are ultimately the complete responsibility of the Coachee.  Coach shall have no liability or responsibility for any actions of client taken (or not taken) in connection therewith. Coach makes no guaranties or warranties, expressed or implied, as to results to be achieved, or as to the consequences of any actions taken or not taken by Coachee.
9. Either party may cancel relationship at any time providing 30-day written notice is provided.  In the event of fees owed at time of cancellation, Coachee will be responsible for full payment.
